Pizza Hut - Shreveport

Pizza hat varies in consistency by place, but generally spoken. The pizza is pretty good, but not good for you. So have said that this location has great customer service. I ordered online and they made a mistake before I arrived. I have two pizzas, the bug for free and the right pizza.

Feeding us hungry sports fans on NFL Playoff game day may not be easy, but these guys get the job done and earn accolades.. For example, the manager J. CARLOS stopped what he did and helped me with menu selection and even had the TV on the game... and when I finished a dish, the young lady associate approached me and asked if she could take the garbage = very nice to have service so if it was not a restaurant, but only to do depot pizza hat).

I work about 20 minutes from this location and decided to call my order in to pick up on the way home. I was on hold the entire 20 minute drive and no one ever picked up the phone. I fully expected there to be a line of people and pizzas rolling out because of this. However, I pull up to find 1 employee outside smoking, and one inside not doing anything No customers, nothing in the oven just being lazy. Terrible service
