Waffle House - Shreveport

Ruby is really a jewel! Love the southern environment and hospitality. I am several generations of Southern California and the Waffle House and surroundings made my first trip to the state of Louisiana unforgettable. Safe baby and thanks Boo made my day. Chickens and waffles were a treat. Ya 'll are efficient, friendly, personal, entertaining, professional and home to Anerica. Thank you for having a great memory.

We like breakfast at Waffle House. We hadn't been with this in a few years. Very busy, many employees on hand, turned tables as soon as possible. Breakfast cooked to my wishes.

First time ever at a Waffle House. The two gentlemen working were very helpful and explained how everything was made and the history of Waffle House. Food came out very quick! I got it back to the hotel and dove right in. Hash browns were hot and crunch (just how I like them) and the meat was very flavorful. Amazing job!

Ac works! I was freezing, but I'm cold anyway. I ate until I hurt that I don't do so much. they were so happy my day! They worked, but talked and laughed it was so much fun making me want to work here. I don't work.

Three stars. The food was really good as usual. The service has just taken a five-star rating. GUESTS are to be treated as such. We are the reason why the facility exists and why the staff has a job.
