That being the cons, the PROS keep me coming back.. and that's fresh food always, and a fun staff especially at night they always seem to be in good spirits
Got a jr with cheese, onion rings and drink. They were out of fries, or for whatever reason couldn't sell them. So my burger got cold while waiting for onion rings? Or someone to just pick it up, put rings in it, and hand it to me. The rings wereready....They were just a little unorganized that day. It happens to us all at times.
Sausage was old and hard and the biscuits were like rocks breaking.. food was the worst I've ever ordered from anywhere.. I love What a burger but this one sucked bad.. the greeter at the window in the drive thru was the most rude and inhospitable drivethru window I've ever encountered.. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. ????????????
I had a great experience with the delicious sandwiches and fries. The staff were also very friendly!
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly kind and patient with my chatty little boy. They took the extra time to make him feel special, as if he were the only customer in the place, despite it being busy. Thank you for your warmth and for ensuring that every member of our family, even the tiniest one, had a wonderful experience! I'm so glad we stopped in. We were visiting from Vermont (though we're originally from Texas), and you all reminded us why Whataburger is the best!
