William B's Steakhouse - Shreveport

I visited with some friends on 8/6/22. The hostess Rachel was very nice and friendly. My server Kelli was amazing. I notice a French lady who was also giving great service. Those three young ladies ran WB'S like they own it. The food was so delicious weask to speak with the chef to let him know. Chef Jackie I believe was his name came and greeted our table. We let him know howgreat the food was. Also let him know that his staff along would make us visit again. Thank you all for the experience of greatservice.

Fantastic Food ???? prime rib delicious. Wedge salad not a typical iceberg wedge and a little too much dressing. Shrimp cocktail 4 HUGE more likely prawns, sauce nice and spicey. Martinis were lovely Reservation process easy, they even accommodated when weadded 4 more to our party.. Service was good, a little slow but I'm sure she was doing her best with all our requests. Verypolite and helpful with recommendations

Great tasting steaks that were perfectly cooked and seasoned! oysters from chargrill were excellent! very friendly professional staff.

Very nice place and eating was excellent. the service was great and the price was great. I'll go back when I come back to visit.
