I was low on cash and just needed two tomatoes for my camping trip. They offered me some discounted seconds and let me choose a couple—free of charge! I was so grateful, and as I was leaving, they gave me two ears of corn to complement my veggie stew. I can't praise them enough!
The corn I purchased was awful! The ears I managed to cook tasted like feed corn. I've had supermarket corn that was far better. I'm very disappointed.
When I got home and tried to pour the blueberries into a bowl for my son, I discovered that they were packed into a solid lump of moldy, rotting food, with just a few fresh blueberries on top. I couldn't even recycle the cardboard container because the berries were so heavily molded to it; I ended up having to throw the entire thing away like a brick. Naturally, I was quite frustrated, so I decided to peel the oranges I had bought instead, only to find that they were also rotten and not suitable for eating. I wish I could give this place less than one star, as my experience was utterly unacceptable and disgusting.
Went in at 5pm on a Sunday to get produce and there was a gentlemen in the back cleaning counters. He didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in, which is fine, and I started to get what I wanted. Get to the counter and he says they are closed even though it says they are open until 7? Guess I will go to stop and shop, will never be giving this place any business.
Ever since Edgar has been gone the sandwiches have not been the same. The 2 females that are there now are rude and don’t cook the same I will not be going there any more.
