The women 's restroom had tons of built up grime in the stalls and the fruit flies were out of control. The manager for the day Emma was on her phone the entire time and was extremely rude when I tried I tell her about the conditions. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I went with my girlfriend, October 14th for lunch late lunch. I found the service not to be up to my standards. The food was good, but I've been to other restaurants where the food was excellent, outstanding service and I always went back Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I don 't like writing negative reviews but the fact my situation was dealt with like I was a bother prompted this. Upon entering we were seated quickly (place was almost empty accept a few people at bar). Waiter came over, we ordered, served within a reasonable time. After about 15 mins we ran out of wasabi and needed more. Tried to find waiter but couldn 't so asked hostess to get him. Instead, the miserable bartender came over with a scowl on her face. We asked for our wasabi and the bartender said to my friend Do you need more chopsticks? We couldn 't figure out why she asked until looking on floor and seeing 1 was dropped. Was it too much trouble for her to PICK IT UP and say, oh you dropped one, so let me bring you a new pair . Instead, she leaves it on the floor. So again, we need to get up and get a new set of sticks. When I asked a second time for our waiter . The hostess said, oh he left for the day. I guess that means abandon your patrons and let them fend for themselves. For the 3rd time we had to get up to get our check. Miss Miserable came with a puss on her face and threw it on the table. I 've NEVER EVER had to fend for myself in a restaurant. To the bartender you need an attitude adjustment! Don 't you rely on tips?? How about just practicing kindness? To Mangement You might want to rethink who you hire or do some retraining. Food eh. Need to serve your sushi cold. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
We had a party of about 20 for a birthday party (half kids). Making a reservation was easy and everything ran so smoothly. Delicious, everyone had fun and the service was notable. Thank you for a memorable night! Vegetarian options: Tofu, veggie options. I mean, one of the best places at each location the food served just the SAME quality, always! Their service is quick and efficient, even when their dine in could get REALLY crowded. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
