Four Crosses Inn - Shrewsbury

We had an excellent family dinner today. We enjoyed the carvery and dessert in our own private room with a lovely view of the garden, which allowed the children to play outside. The service was great, and we were all very pleased with the food. The only downside was the shortage of bar staff, and they were quite slow to respond when we needed their attention. Overall, the entire family agreed that we would definitely return.

I had a wonderful experience at this pub. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. They offered a great selection of beers, and the food was outstanding. I ordered the fish and chips, which came in three portion sizes; I chose the medium, and it was quite substantial. The fish was cooked to perfection, with a light, crispy batter that wasn’t greasy at all. The atmosphere was cozy, both inside the pub and in the lovely beer garden. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had just half a pint after an interview while on the road. The young couple running the place, who took over in November, were very pleasant and friendly. It was fairly quiet at the time, but it was only 6 PM. They mentioned that they have a great food selection. There was a meeting happening that provided food for its attendees. The pub has plenty of space, including an outdoor area for sitting. Wishing the new owners lots of luck!

Visited this pub on holiday and eating was exceptional, as well as we were back on our last day. the food took a while to come, but it was good to wait. presentation and taste were both amazing. itself had a vegan option with vegan brot that I had what was delicious (lentil and Squash-Caserole). very good customer service and all employees were nice and friendly. toilets (female) were clean and hygienic. all round amazing and would definitely recommend and return.

Called in by chance as camping quarter of mile away when on a cycling tour. It was that good i would ride back specifically for it. Burgers are home made. So tasty and epic size. All food looked good and will priced. Wine menu very well priced. Staff and manager so friendly and attentive.
