Bar people diligent, hard working and attentive all throughout the event. Atmosphere brilliant decor cosy but not dated and kept well. Food served by speedy people and well cooked and presented. The plates were HOT!!! Well done chef gold stars. The whole place was CLEAN and toilets spotless!! As hard as I looked I could find nothing to say even a query to and I know hotels. Thank you all so much for a really smashing visit. The lass on reception when we left took our thanks and beamed with pride. A credit to your hotel as all your people were. Even the black swans were proud to be living here!! Brilliant keep up the great work.
Sunday Lunch near Shrewsbury turned out to be a lovely experience. This historic building is full of exciting features but more importantly on stepping inside the reception was immediate. Again, on entering the restaurant we were welcomed by name immediately, the menu was very clear and the meals presented to a high standard. The cost was acceptable being neither cheap nor expensive. Altogether a worthwhile experience.
A group of friends and I visited Albright Hussey for New Year's Eve and had an absolutely fantastic experience! Three of us have gluten allergies and for the first time, we felt just as special as everyone else.
This place is an excellent party venue. The food was exceptional, especially considering we had a large group. The disco was enjoyable. The service was good and there was a decent selection of beers. The rooms were well-maintained and spotless. I would recommend this place for any event. The outdoor gardens were stunning and they even had two black swans.
We found ourselves stranded here with other travelers after all the trains out of Shrewsbury were cancelled. Despite the unexpected turn of events, we ended up having a fantastic evening.
