The best chips in Oswestry, along with the best egg mayo sandwich and chicken burger in town! The hostess and staff are incredibly kind and friendly, making it a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with mental health issues or neurodiversity. As someone who is autistic and can only comment on a few meal options, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed!

The food at this restaurant is fabulous and offered at a great price. The beer selection is excellent and the staff is friendly and attractive.

Home made steak pie. you need that, even if they are vegan, they should take a break and have the cake.

The Red Lion Inn commonly known as the top red is a popular venue for locals especially on market days, the clientele on a Wednesday are usually of an older generation. The farmers from surrounding villages can be found in the top red discussing current farming affairs the price of a good effervescent to story's of years gone by. The Top Red also attracts the younger end of the Town, out for fun, it's a well kept clean public house that do good home cooked meals with ingredients bught on the door step in the market, Top Red as my thumbs up....
