6 of us came here to eat while we were in the spot. a small, friendly pub that was nice to eat and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had the cakes and chips that were delicious.
Well expensive hearty eating and good choice of ales. bark meat Sunday and great tasting brew.
How to go into someone's living room, more than a pub. this place has gone along the national cycling route that goes directly past and could not resist. nicely friendly place, and incredible pork cake from a local metzger. really recommend to call when they go by or need a break from the shropshire hills on their bike!
In CAMRA's Good Beer Guide, and deservedly so. Popular with cyclists and dog walkers and with big wiundows (it used to be the village shop)
