The Ship Inn - Shropshire

I am not sure why this restaurant has received a 5-star rating, but if you enjoy food that all tastes like it was fried in the same oil, then this is the place for you. I ordered the fish platter and found that everything tasted the same, with a strong flavor of old cooking oil. The food was very oily, greasy, and lacked flavor. Honestly, you could find better options at a place like Iceland. The only positive aspect is that the prices are cheap.

The food at this restaurant is both delicious and reasonably priced. The staff, particularly Tracey, are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Carvery for three, all very nice, good quality and a reasonable price. Very happy.
