Contribuisci feedbackSunday lunch with family. Granddaughter very fussy and doesn't eat roast dinners. No problem here. They asked what she'd like (sausages Yorkshire puddings) and they were happy to oblige. Been coming here for over 6 years. It's always warm friendly.

Wow!!! What a pub!! Excellent food a great traditional menu, something for everyone to enjoy! Had he Easter 3 course sunday lunch today it was absolutely amazing! The landlady jayne was very welcoming as usual, always a lovely smile to greet you, Pete the chef checked on us to make sure all was well with the food which was delicious! Barbara and Riley made us very welcome and took our food order and our drinks. If your passing please stop and have a look you will not be disappointed, a gem of a pub with gorgeous views and amazing food and staff.
We love this pub !! Beer and food are great and the staff are lovely But the landlady is rude and miserable !! Makes us not want to go in again
Drove past here today and decided to stop off for Sunday Lunch. Nice traditional place, with welcoming, friendly staff. We were given a set menu board to choose from. It was really good value, offering 1 course £10.95, 2 courses £14.95 and 3 courses £17.95. We had roast beef which was delicious and the portions were really generous, with roast potatoes, parsnips, yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, swede, carrots, cabbage and broccoli. The syrup sponge was fantastic, it was so light and tasty..an absolute winner! Would definitely recommend and make a return visit.
