The Rabbit Hole - Sibiu

They have a variety of vegan and raw vegan (salads) dishes. They are located in the main market of the city and offer accomodations.

This restaurant has a separate vegan menu with 6-8 fully vegan options (in English, German and Romanian). We had the risotto, the lentil soup and the focaccia, which were all very good. The servers all had a good understanding of what veganism is and everything was clearly labeled. Considering that there are limited options in Sibiu, we really recommend this place. Another plus is the nice outdoor seating on the historical main square.

...and the food was not really hot anymore when served

It's the second time when I'm in sibiu and I hardly found a place where you can eat some vegan there. I find this place because they have delicious food, decent prices and more then 4 vegan options in the menu. here you will find vegan pizza, pasta -2 choices i arrabiata suppenen. the personal is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy.

Pastele cu spanac au carne...pe site nu scrie ca contin si carne. Daca esti vegetarian, ti-ai luato.
