City Winery Riverwalk - side

Not a winery super misleading. Horrible and very limited selection of wine. The location is great, the drinks and food, not so much. Good for one drink and some people watching spend your money elsewhere

Location, location, location. For the location, the price, and what you get… this place is worth a stop by during summer time in Chicago. The vibes are great as you see kayaks going by, boats making stops along the river walk, and people just having a great time in general. One of the better options on the river walk.

Bartenders were extremely rude and made the vibe ugly. They were not friendly and seem to not want to give a taste test of wine. Put off by me asking. It's the river walk location and on June 17th, 6pm. Would recommend an opposite experience just down walk at tiny tapp which has friendly service and positive vibe

They do not accept European TCs or cash. A hassle to pay

There's no way for me to respond to the owner, so adding additional info here... just wanted to note that I didn't give this spot a low review. I just gave it a middle of the road rating. Nothing to write home about. Then atmosphere can be cramped at times, but service and food are a solid 4 stars.
