Cozy Corner Pancake House - side

Overall very good experience. Breakfast was yummy and had excellent service. Comfortable, clean. Only little thing is parking, very tough but it's always crowded meaning the place is good. We will be back! Thank you.

This is a great family diner. The lemon Berry marsepone pancakes are incredible!!! They only stay open to 3 PM so this is a breakfast and lunch place.

The hours online say 4PM. We walked in at 230PM and a sign said open until 3PM as we were waiting just to ask a host what the correct hours were (we weren’t going to stay it was 30 mins to close) a thin ghetto white waitress with orange hair exclaimed WOW and looked at the clock and then mumbled under her breath to the other servers before getting up and walking away while mumbling. Rude and unprofessional

The Verde chilaquiles with skirt steak!!!! Simply outstanding!! Super strong server, Linda ensured we received top notch service, an accurate and timely order and some of the best mimosas I have ever had!!

The food is not the best we found a hair in one of the plates, me personally I spend half of my day in the bathroom idk what it was but 100% something wrong with their food
