Best BBQ in Chicago. Great customer service. Great sandwiches. Everything is fantastic!!! Editing this: first 2 times I ordered sandwiches came with about 2 tablespoons of slaw and 2 pickles. Then the next time I ordered sandwich is plain I asked this time to please put the pickles and slaw on sandwich. He said no, it's an add on. No where to do that on app. Take the picture of the great looking sandwich off the app please.

If you want food on time don’t order from here my food was due 30 minutes ago and still nothing.

Not actually a restaurant, it's a site run by the South Loop Food Company that prepares and holds food for pickup and delivery. It's very poorly run with food often taking very long to be prepared and customers not being notified that the food is ready there aren't really employees present to ask questions to either, instead there are kiosks to check in with and see in which locker your food is waiting for you. I always liked Dickey's BBQ but this ordering experience sucked! Do NOT order from this location! This is a hub carrying dishes from dozens of restaurants, not an actual restaurant. When I went to pick up the order, the staff told me that the order is not showing up in the system. Even though I showed her the email receipt, she still refused to prepare the order. What a cluster!!! I wish I can give zero star for this review.

I really loved the pulled pork and baked beans. I will definitely. Great for lunch as well!
