Giovanni's Pizza - side

Just terrible. Stay away. Over priced food for $30 a small pizza. No proper service. Pizza landed up almost an hour after the order was placed. The cashier whoever took the order) had no clue about the order and was really not helpful . The final straw was when she refused to provide a bag for the pizza that we ordered. For the price they charge there are plenty of other resturants that serve better food and service than this. Even Pizza Hut seems better. This is for a carry out order. The review is authentic I can provide a pic of the credit card statement if needed) so not sure why they replied asking me to remove the review. The truth hurts this place sucks.

I am really surprised this place has 4 stars. The order took a little more than 1 hour to be received. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and one of the sticks was just fried bread, no mozzarella. We also ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and there was little to no Alfredo sauce. It was very disappointing. The pizza was also not that good. Maybe dining in is better than ordering and getting it delivered. I’m giving service three stars because the delivery driver was friendly and also the guy who answered the phone when I called to check on my foods status was very nice as well.

Best pizza I've had for a long time! I got the thin crust with onions and green peppers. They use real cheese, not imitation, and are generous with the toppings.

Great sausage and pepperoni pizza I will definitely have again.

Giovanni's absolutely crushes every pizza and wings we ever ordered from them.Whenever friends or family come over, they always ask to order from here.Just good as all hell Chicago pizza at very reasonable prices! Would absolutely recommend!
