A must-visit in Greektown, we enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and food. Besides the saganaki (a must! , we tried the spanakopita, keftedes, and Spartan chicken. All were great except the side of vegetables. Would definitely return!

I called in the morning to try to schedule a dinner reservation for one. I was told that for one, I should walk in. When I arrived, I was told there would be a 30-minute wait. My name was put on the wait list, and I was given a pager that would vibrate when my table was ready. An hour later, I inquired as to the status of my table. I had been forgotten. I was shown to my table. I ordered the moussaka, grilled octopus, and okra in tomato sauce. The grilled octopus was good. The moussaka was a little above average. The okra was putrid in my opinion. It was necessary to ask for basic service. It was necessary to ask my my server for a napkin. After I finished my glass of water, it was necessary to ask a passing busser for a refill on my water. When I finished my meal, my server was nowhere to be found. I left my table and went to the maitre d to inform him that I wished to pay my check. The maitre d went looking for my server, who was found in an entirely different area of the restaurant than where I was dining. The dining experience was regrettable. I only paid $1 for a tip. I also removed the Google star for the location on my Google map. I will not return.
