Jimmy John's - side

I walked by today on October 28th and found that this restaurant is closed and will soon be turned into a Jersey Mike's.

I ordered one sandwich and a pickle for delivery from this restaurant. It cost $32 and took an hour to arrive, even though we are only one block away. When I called to check on the order, the person on the phone said, "It already left" and then hung up on me.

I'm not sure what it is about this restaurant, but they consistently mess up orders. It seems like every time I order something, there is at least one mistake. Seriously, I worked at Jimmy Johns and it's not that difficult to read the ticket and make the food correctly!

Been there twice and both times I got the wrong thing. Like really wrong sandwich. I don’t even know what is on what I got this time. If you like something specific, this isn’t the place. Also, why are there no prices anywhere so it’s a surprise what you pay every time??

The worst jimmy location of all time. Don’t order within 90 min before close or there’s a 99% chance they’ll close early and you won’t get your food.Awful customer service to boot. Nightmare. There are too many jimmy John’s locations in the city to waste your time and money at this one.
