Klein's Bakery Cafe - side

Not a ton of coffeeshops in this neighborhood, but this one is an absolute gem! I come here every now and then to get out of my apartment during work hours and it is such a great space. Ordered a caramel latte that was delicious, and am always tempted by all the sweets they have in the window. Also, great that they have bathrooms too. Will definitely return many times!

Racist it was disgusting how I waited for an order and was completely ignored. This was an UberEATS order it's sad others have to suffer.

The girl with the black hair and glasses and red sweater today dropped my food on the ground and put it in the bag. Tried to call for a manager but no one picked up my call.

I’m a regular to this place and love it. For the first time today, I had a unpleasant situation where one of the kitchen employees (man) was rude and impolite. All I asked was for a fresh cachito to the girl in the front. She was very nice and was going to give it to me. The cachitos outside clearly were very cold and all I asked was for a fresh one (there were many recently taken from the oven). 12/28/22 afternoon. I requested a espresso on a ceramic cup since there were cups available on top of espresso machine. Staring at us with disdain, the woman at the counter rudely responded that for Covid reasons they only serve on paper or styrofoam cups. Our espressos arrived cold, tasted burnt, bitter undrinkable and our pastries tasted old and stale.
