Liable to get charged for items you did not request. It also seems they don't prepare your food until you get there. So there's no point in calling ahead to order.

We always get good customer service and good food. Our best friend that just passed away always wanted us to get this chicken every time he came over. He said he couldn't live over here, because if he did, he would eat chicken everyday from here. He also said it's the best chicken in Chicago.

The chicken is always delicious. I make sure I get this chicken every time I'm in the city!!!!
