The Terrace - side

Very Disappointing and Unbelievable the Indian girl in the morning at the cafe was so very rude it completely ruined my stay. The Gwen Luxury hotel is the saddest example of customer service what a waste of time and money lots of money was spent between all of My family with the suites. Never Again!!

Above average hotel but strange layout and offers few additional or higher tier amenities.

The Gwen's location is excellent. The front desk staff were welcoming, efficient, and professional. We received a corner room upgrade at Platinum Elite. The room was extremely clean, bed comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. Molton Brown products and great water pressure in the shower. The only small downsides were the lack of in-room coffee (a trend I despise), the room being too warm at night which I suspect may be caused by thermostats with motion sensors turning off the active cooling, and the daily destination fee, where I'm not sure what amenity even exists.

This is a difficult review. The building itself is clearly an older building, so they're working with what they've got, but you can only dress up a pig so much. I'm not sure if the air conditioning even worked or if all it did was make noise. Everything itself was clean and looked nice, but it just is starting to show the age of an old building that has been kept up with well, but it's still old.

Lifetime Marriott Titanium Elite here. It’s a very nice hotel but they nickel and dime you with fees. They are also not transparent about them
