Tim Hortons - Sidney

I asked for decaf tea options, she listed all of the tea and said all is decaf. I asked if I can have green tea decaf. She said yes. She gave me regular green tea. I'm not sure who is she trying to trick or whats the problem when it wasn't even busy.

Honestly, people in Sidney are just really nice to put up with this store. I’ve been to many Tim’s and this is the worst. I’m talking about customer service. More than once I feel humiliated by their rudeness. They have absolutely no patience for you let alone customer service. I found younger employees at high school age are nicer there but some adult employees are really rude even the manager. I guess they don’t care. We all started somewhere. I’ve worked with minimum wage too. Doesn’t mean you bring your attitude to work. It’s too bad. They don’t deserve the nice people in such a beautiful town. They don’t even have drive through!Ok, Updates. After a day I left the review, I actually saw a respond from the owner saying I can call customer service and tell them about my experience. I appreciate the respond so I called twice so far and waited for more than 10 minutes each time, actually put through on the 2nd try, then the call failed during the conversation! It's a joke. Haha!

Tim 's brings back Retro doughnuts. Makes them cost more than regular doughnuts, BUT they have a Retro 6-pack price, BUT it cost like $3more and you can 't get the Maple Walnut.I spent, what felt like, two minutes looking at the sign until the prices for doughnuts rotated onto the displays.What a nosedive Tim 's has taken. Kind of sad for a place that used to be a doughnut shop, that they try so hard not to sell doughnuts.

Hard to order when they ask you what would you like and as you 're answering, they chat loudly with the coworker behind them, cutting you off.

Great spot for a coffee and sweet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very busy spot.
