Arby's - Sierra Vista

Arby's always has the meal items in stock, staff is helpful and friendly. And most importantly, cherry turnovers!

It was a good Arby's. Nothing new or old about it. The staff didn't do the bell thing so... It's your don't know what that is. Your ring the bell if you had a good meal and then the staff cheers. I heard the hell and had an awkward silence. Lol funny.

I bought two fish. 2 for $6. One was sharp, the other was crispy. they were both ineligible. I took a bite from everyone and left them on the table. tasteless and greasy. I wouldn't feed them to a dog. I don't care if you eat $3 or $30, try to put quality first.

Man I can not begin to explain my frustration with the management on site. I called to bring to their attention that in the food I had ordered had a live cockroach in the sandwich box. We had gone through the drive trough to order. I gave my kids there food and they started eating but when I opened mine I saw a cockroach moving around in the container. When I got home I called to tell them that there was a bug in my food and the manager all he did was tell me that I was lying it was not possible and proceeded to hang up. I was frustrated but with all my might tried to be calm till I was laughed at. I called a second time trying to reason and see what steps we could take to rectify this but still was told I was lying and they have the cleanest facility it undergoes rigorous weekly inspections from eco lab. he Would not even consider that in the realm of possibility that a bug could get in to their food. I don't trust myself to go back to the store with the sandwich since he has no intention of hearing me out so I have pictures of it to share with the internet instead. I gave him the option to talk this one out with me but he choose not to. If he was decent I would have drove my self back to present the sandwich and little critter to him, but after his rude backlash I would end up causing a scene witch is not needed. I wish you could give 0 stars he needs to find another line of work that doesn't involve him dealing with customers.

Great sandwiches for the price. Love the curly fries. Update, asked for extra meat, paid for it, sandwich didnt have extra meat.
