Contribuisci feedbackBad management. The employees abandoned the lobby (6-7 waiting customers) and focused on a never ending drivethru. I waited 15 minutes in the lobby before leaving. No one was attentive at all.
Wow I went thru drive thru today,holy moly I waited 10 minutes before I got to the speaker toOrder, cashier asked me to hang on I understandThat things can happen,can someone please tellMe why the drive thru person was cleaning up some soda,instead of waiting on people in the drive thru? When I get my order no soda .when I get a French out of the bag as I headed out of drive the were cold like they pulled them out of the trash.ive never had such bad service from them as I did today.
You've lost a loyal customer tonight. I try not to eat fast food often but when my bf and I do, we would go to this BK for consistently good burgers. The quality and service have gradually gone down hill but I thought I'd give you another try. I ordered thru postmates to have your food delivered to my work and I am seriously disappointed! I ordered a double quarter pounder king with no mustard or onions as a meal and added a soft serve. I didn't get the soft serve because your machine was supposedly down, I could deal with that but... I didn't get the burger I ordered either. I recieved a room temperature monstrosity containing 8 thin patties, 5 slices of cheese with mustard and onions! Maybe some would be happy for the extra patties but I wanted and paid for a simple sandwich and most importantly it was ruined by the unwanted condiments anyway. The fries were cold and hard as well. The only thing right was the root beer and the receipt showed my correct order, which lets me know this was most likely intentional. I couldn't send it back of course so I reported it to postmates, I left you a survey and now a review and I will share on social media, all because your employees .. Idk .. Thought it would be funny? I won't be back any time soon.
Charging +50% on online orders in app and through delivery. What a joke. I sincerely hope you go under and close with how hard you you try and steal from people.Yes, they will upcharge you 50% on all orders because this location is bad at life.
The lack of A/C made it so hot and so uncomfortable to immerse yourself. the tables are not clean, which is so disgusting and there is much too much scream in the kitchen. another time I asked the short white dame called cathey for a remake, because I had very black charred rolls, they took it back, but when I got it back, it was the exact same bunny. that's the worst experience I've had with this guy. the in douglas is so much better and better customer service.
