Contribuisci feedbackI have never been to a McDonald's that is as slow and unappetizing as this one. It seems like they rarely change their fry oil and serve old, tasteless food. You would expect better from a location with such a long history. Overall, a terrible experience.
It appears that the restaurant is more focused on getting food out quickly rather than providing a good customer experience or service. There seems to be a lack of staff available to help, orders are not verified as complete, and the seating areas are not cleaned. I am very disappointed in the decline of this place.
I had breakfast with my mom while we were in town. We typically don't have any issues, but this time there was someone at the drive-thru who barely spoke English. They also forgot to add one of the items we ordered, although they did remember to include the drink that came with it. This experience was particularly disappointing as I don't get to have breakfast with my mom often, and it made for a pretty rough start to the day.
No toddler/ under 3 toys like all the other McDonald’s have— extremely rude when I asked for apple slices instead of the toy since they didn’t have a toddler toy.
Ironically, the first McDonald's to host a drive-thru has the worst drive-thru service of any restaurant I've been to, and I've travelled all over the United States.
