Starbucks - Sierra Vista

Update: this location has improved a lot on their speed. Out of all the starbucks stands in Sierra Vista, this location is best for speed, accuracy, and courtesy.This isn’t the fastest location, but they aren’t an actual full service store, so they are overwhelmed and understaffed. It would be nice if Sierra Vista actually had a drive thru. The demand is here.

Coffee prepared both the caramel macchiato. Friendly people. Very busy location every time I went. Just my opinion

There was my daughter. The lady was not friendly at all. Specially asked to redeem my points. Instead, my card was charged when it scanned my phone. Giving 2 stars because my daughter liked her strawberry funnel cake frappe without espresso. We all have our bad days, but when customers are trying to be nice to you, you should try doing the same. If not, I'm sure there are other people looking for employment who deserve a chance.

I love getting my morning coffee here. The staff is always kind.
