We stopped a little by chance on the way to Strasbourg and we were not disappointed. The dishes are tasty and rather creative. I took a salmon on a sauerkraut bed and it was excellent. The dessert was also accompanied by seasonal fruit and deserved the detour. Nice discovery and thanks to the chef for our taste buds.
