Pancho Villa - Sighnaghi

Unfortunately, i expected more. The beef in burrito was like from a soup- cooked, not stirred and unevenly cut. The bread was also so-so, like it was taken from the fridge and not heated.The portion is gigantic but for 29 gel it could have tasted better. The view from the window was amazing. The interior was quite nice. I thought it was weird that the restaurant had a heater on while the windows were open. Meal type: Lunch

Amazing place! We took fajitas, quesadillas and tres leches – all very good, much better than any Mexican food we've had in Tbilisi. This is definitely the best Mexican restaurant in Georgia, and one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to overall. We visited three times over the course of a six-day stay in Sighnaghi, and not because we're not adventurous people – the food here is just that good, you can't help but come back. Ended up sampling half the menu and every dish was spectacular in its own way. If you're unsure, get the guacamole, the tacos and the quesadilla (not pictured – we inhaled it before I got a chance to snap a photo), but really, every dish here is worth ordering. Oh, and the drinks! Definitely try the margaritas – strong and extremely authentic. Shalva, the owner/chef/maître d'/the mind and soul behind this entire operation, is truly a powerhouse. His commitment to his craft adds an extra dimension to the food, and talking to him was a special treat!

Perfect place! I recommend it. This restaurant consists of authentic Mexican cuisine, you can get friendly service and a beautiful location with a great view. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
