Sonic Drive-in - Sikeston

French Vanilla Cold Brew Iced Coffee was very bitter and I didnt like it at all, the rest was fine.

It took 12 minutes to get my order AFTER the screen said is on the way with your order. My tots were cold, no ketchup in the bag. The diet coke was the best thing I got. I could understand if they were busy, but there was maybe 6 cars total I saw 3carhops. Some people drove off without getting their order. It's like that more often than not. I only stopped there BECAUSE they only had a few cars....

Miraculously got the order right, it's hit or miss here, but it took them 30 minutes to make me a chili dog. Unacceptable, as always. Won't be back for a while, maybe next time will be better. I visit Sonic all over when I travel for work and it's so much better than this.

I absolutely love Sonic in Sikeston. The food is always fresh and hot when I pick it up. There is the convenience of placing orders online. Sonic has amazing discounts for orders placed in the app. The employees are pleasant and dog friendly. My two Yorkies love the half price cheeseburgers every Tuesday, as well as the occasional complimentary pup cup of ice cream. They anxiously wait in the car for their food. Thank you for consistent great service.

I loved coming here, people were always so friendly. But not anymore. There are many new employees and not many of them are nice. We missed a burger from our order and when we pressed the button, the worker got a bit of an attitude that insisted that they put him in our pocket. They weren't even busy. I also observe that the workers in their backs near the toilets are only messing with each other all the time when a carhop does most of the work. There are still some nice carrots, but most are pretty heavy. I don't know many of their names, but Matt is always a pleasant carhop.
