Traveling, if they are looking for a place to eat, do not come into this restaurant, park not even their vehicle here is unsafe and dangerous . we had a terrible experience here, someone broke into our car rental and took our stuff. local people mentioned. that we were the 8th incident of the month

Not wanting to cook, our family met at Applebee's in Longview, TX. No waiting to be seated. They had a one page menu to choose from most of us ordered the steak. Out waitress was nice but overworked. The good came. At least two of...the steaks were full of fat gristle, not fit to eat. They were not properly cooked. We complained. The waitress went to talk to the hateful grump female manager who did take 2 meals off the ticket which was still $150. We tipped well as it wasn't the waitresses fault. Will NEVER go back there again.

Ate here many times on multiple trips. On occasion the food is just fair. Most of the time it is good. Expect the presentation and quality to vary one day to the next. Fortunately it is a good place to go since there is so...few other decent restaurants in Silao. Great to have it right next to the Holiday Inn.
