I didn’t even get acknowledged, when I walked in the first thing I heard was loud music and I knew it was going to be a problem then. I was still willing to give it a try. I don’t understand because they weren’t busy at all. No one in drive thru and the two customers that were there were already helped. I stood there for at least 5 minutes, still no one. The employee that I could see looked up at me a few times and she continued to do what she was doing before I came in. At this point I wish I could’ve given no stars. That location definitely wasn’t deserving of it at that particular moment.
Approximately 9:30 pm my wife pulled up to KFC in Siler City for DoorDash and they claimed to be all out of food but when I pulled over to call Dasher support, I look behind me and there was 2 KFC employees carrying food to their trunk of their car. I cannot stand a liar and a thief and those employees are both of those things. The fact that they stole my customers food for theirselves really makes me angry I will never in my life stop there again.
When the Manager is cursing out the employee who is taking orders and filling the orders. Manager keeps running his mouth while talking on the phone taking his sweet time making chicken there is something wrong with this picture. The Manager swearing multiple times. It is ridiculous and unprofessional. And saying no more chicken will be made at 8pm. When I waiting for 10 minutes to get my order than I am told there isn’t a nuggets. Drive through isn’t open and all the customers waiting in lobby and manager goes and does dishes instead of helps when lobby is full.
The food here was great as always, a bit pricey but that's expected at KFC. A few of the employees are a bit impatient but they are mostly young lol.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to KFC because the last couple of times my experience haven’t been the best, but we decided to give it a try tonight. Without a surprise, my experience wasn’t the best. Went through drive-through. Had to wait 20 minutes for my food even though we were the only car there got home just to find out my food was incorrect. I tried to call nine times and it showed the line was busy, I got in my car and I went back. Just to wait another 10 minutes before anybody came up to me. I told them what had happened and all they could say was oh OK.
