Domino's Pizza - Siliguri

Good for pizza lovers. it my suggestion to alldon not buy pizza paratha bcz it sounds good, but not worthy.

I had a bad experience visiting this Domino's Pizza. The washroom was unhygenic and dirty . The place is spacious but it doesn't give the vibe you want to eat there. I had a unpleasant visit. I hope the place attract more visitor and gain positive reviews in the future.

Most of the staffs of the place are complete disaster and can perfectly ruin your mood.. not at all recommended. And about the pizza... I 'd like to describe it in a word, PATHETIC

I had placed an order for Pizza on 29.05.2022 (Order No. 192). As per the policy of Domino 's, it was supposed to arrive within 30 minutes. The delivery person from Domino 's, S.F. Road, Siliguri arrived around 12 minutes late. When I spoke with the Store Manager, I was informed that I need to pay the bill amount to the delivery person and Rs. 300/ shall be credited in my Domino 's wallet. But later on I got to know that the delivery Person had cheated me. He punched into the online system that he had delivered Pizza within 30 minutes. When I complained on their website, I received a call from their North East Region in charge Mr. Joydev. He verbally agreed that the delivery person had deliberately done wrong but refused to give anything in writing or email. I informed him that I have full CCTV recording of area outside my house to prove that the delivery person had done fraud. But it seems that the North East Region in charge is not bothered at all regarding the same. Hence I appeal to all to not fall into this scam by Domino 's. Whenever the delivery person is late, either refuse to accept the order or make the delivery person enter time of delivery in the system in your presence to avoid any fraud. 31.05.2022 UPDATE: Stop saying things like our guest is everything to us . Your staff 's attitude clearly indicates that you are not at all bothered about customer 's concerns. I had mailed all the details of my complaint alongwith the email id mentioned in the comment below. But none of your representatives seem interested in resolution of my complaint. They verbally acknowledge the fact that the delivery person had done fraud but appear helpless in taking any action.

Worst experience ever with domino's . Soo unhygienic desk and even the onion was stick to the last bench wall. This sf road branch don't even accept gpay and the customer service was worst the girl was standing there n counting the coins no 1 was there but she made us wait for 5-10 mins and then she couldn't even speak English n her voice was so low during the interaction and later on when we was waiting for the order she was speaking so loudly in her phone in Nepali .
