Silloth Spice Takeaway

Usually pretty good but very disappointed in yesterday's meal tasted like it had been sat a while although I was slightly earlier than the time they asked me to collect. Wouldn't rush back after that I'm afraid.

This place was absolutely mobbed when we ordered and we had to wait a long time on collection. But the food was tasty and they handled their kitchen chaos with good humour.

The meal was very bland. I ordered a tikka masala but only received chicken tikka without any sauce. It felt like a complete waste of money. I won’t be returning.

As a big fan of Indian cuisine, I decided to give this Indian takeaway a try. We ordered a Jalfrezi, a Madras, and a Masala, along with mushroom rice and a portion of onion bhaji. Unfortunately, this was the worst Indian meal my family has ever experienced. All three dishes were bland and lacking flavor. They may not have any competitors in Silloth, but even if they did, they would need to significantly improve their offerings or they would be in trouble. It was truly disappointing, and to make matters worse, this takeaway is not inexpensive. We will not be returning. It was terrible! At least the bin appreciated it.
