Kfc - Siloam Springs

I got my food doordashed because I have Covid and I can?t go anywhere. My throat hurts horribly and all I wanted was some honey and biscuits. I get my order and it?s missing any honey or butter, a straw, any silverware, or any napkins. When I called I wastold I didn?t ask for those things so it didn?t come with the order. WHO HAS TO ASK FOR A STRAW??? And who?s eating yourbiscuits with literally no sauce?? Definitely felt disrespected

The restaurant appeared to be understaffed. The woman who took our order was flustered and somewhat rude. I had to clean off the table we were seated at, as it hadn't been cleaned, and the windows and floors were dirty as well. They also forgot to put lids on the side dishes, and I had to ask for them. The chicken was greasy, but on a positive note, the coleslaw was good!

I waited 45 minutes for a two-piece meal, and when I inquired about the delay, the staff was quite rude. Additionally, the restaurant smelled unpleasant, and the floors were extremely dirty. It’s disappointing to see how much this place has declined. The only reason I didn't cancel my order was that online orders can't be canceled.

You would think if a ubereats order isn't picked up within a hour they would throw it out an remake, nope 2 hrs later they still send the same order that was made 2 hrs ago. So received cold food called an were told we aren't responsible so can't doanything. You let it sit for 2 hrs! I won't be back. Ever.

I could overhear her talking to another staff member, saying, "Well, she’s saying her chicken isn’t done and I don’t know what she wants me to do." The other employee mentioned that if you cook it in an open fryer, it can clump together and won’t cook properly. Tay eventually gave me two more pieces of chicken, but when we got home, it was even worse than before—this time, it was bloody. I even have pictures to prove it.
