A&w Long John Silver's - Siloam Springs

I had a delightful nostalgia trip at Long John Silver's in Siloam Springs. This restaurant brings back memories of the locations that have closed in my hometown. I was pleasantly surprised to find it while exploring the bustling business district. The friendly staff provided quick and fresh service, allowing me to enjoy the delicious chicken, fish, and hush puppies in a cozy boating-themed atmosphere. It was a wonderful walk down memory lane, and I am grateful to the staff for making my experience even better.

I thought Long John Silver's was a thing of the past! But I was pleasantly surprised to discover the same delicious flavors I remembered from my childhood. Thank you for not letting me down!

Horrible service and worse food.After tasting our food, we asked how long it would take to get fresh food. Guy from the kitchen said oh boy probably awhile. We knew right then they didn’t want to make fresh food.I took the fish back up to the counter and heard the manager say that fish is only 10-15 minutes old.Well Ms manager, it tasted 30 minutes old. And nobody offered to cook fresh food. No wonder this place was empty and has the reputation it has.No wonder they can’t keep employees. The manager doesn’t understand the first thing about running a qsr or fast food restaurant.Quality food and quality service goes a long way… and this place has neither.

The manager and drive thru guy show up after their break , obviously together.After tasting our food, we asked how long it would take to get fresh food.
