Contribuisci feedbackDouble trouble was our server and I've got to say she made the experience at waffle House better than anywhere else!! Our food was perfect and can't beat the service.
They were really understaffed, but working as quickly as they could. Organization could have been much better. Our meals were not served to us together. There was probably a good 30 min from when I got my food and when my husband got his and neither were served complete. We both had to wait on the meat (bacon and sausage). I was pretty much done with my meal before I even got my bacon, my husband as well with his sausage. They really need to staff a little bit better. They could have easily used at least 2 more people if not 3.
Went in about 9pm went in set down was there about 25 minutes and not a single server came to my table worst experience I've ever had at a waffle house day time is alright but I wouldn't recommend go during night
This one star review is SPECIFICALLY for the lady that goes by “DOUBLE TROUBLE”Let me make this very clear, I love my Siloam Springs Waffle House, I really really do, so I almost feel bad leaving a one star review but like I said above, THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR “DOUBLE TROUBLE”Before I start on my complaint on her, I need to say that I absolutely love the crew at Siloam Springs. I constantly crave Waffle House to the point that I’ll pop in about 3 times a week at all times of the day or night. At this point, the girls see me walk in and ask me, “The regular with a Mr. Pibb?” and that just shows how much they appreciate a customer. I wish I could name them all one by one because everyone—EXCEPT DOUBLE TROUBLE—shows appreciation for me.Today, 11/30/23, I showed up at 11:31am (I kept track just in case I had to write this review) Before I walked into the building I made eye contact with DOUBLE TROUBLE and the new lady she was training, I walk in, Kamber—who is always great and goes above and beyond every day, greets me and I wave and say hello back. I knew I should’ve sat on Kamber’s side but the place was a little packed. Everyone had been served or their orders were already in the process of being made. I sat on DOUBLE TROUBLE’S side. In front of me, there was an older couple who already looked disappointed. Who knows how long they had been there before me, but they had no drinks, and no silverware set on their table. No surprise though, we’re all sitting on DOUBLE TROUBLE’S side and it took her until 11:37 to bring them their drinks and silverware. From the time I sat down, it took her 7 minutes to set my silverware and take my order, which she took on a plain napkin because she didn’t have a notepad. Every time I come in, she ignores me for reasons only she knows and it takes her a while to serve me. And when she does, it’s like it’s her first day on the job and it’s like she’s never been trained before. Like on a plain napkin? Seriously? A few moments after she set my silverware, another couple walks in and they sat on Kamber’s side across the aisle from me. Kamber immediately gets them set up and takes their order, just as a waitress they goes above and beyond for their customers should. Kamber calls their order out to the cook, meanwhile, the cook is asking DOUBLE TROUBLE to explain my order to her that is written on a plain napkin. JUST AS I ASSUMED, the couple across the aisle from me got their food before me even though they showed up about 10 minutes after I did. The couple across the aisle on Kamber’s side got their food before the people in front of me got their food as well, and they had been waiting longer than I had! The couple in front of me on DOUBLE TROUBLE’s side even had to stick their coffee mug in the air to get a refill from her, and when she came back, they had to ask her for a straw for their water cup. After all this, both they and I finally got our food, and at this point it’s about 11:47 and both them and I are pretty disappointed, they were visually disappointed. Another couple comes in and sits behind me, and DOUBLE TROUBLE immediately sets their table and takes their order almost as soon as they sit down. Never once does she ever ask me how I’m doing even though I’m a regular, and she never asked the couple in front of me how they were doing either.I really don’t know what her problem is with me and it’s really unfortunate that I had to leave a one star review, but like I said, THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR DOUBLE TROUBLE. As for all the other employees, y’all do a great job, the food is always good, the service from everyone EXCEPT DOUBLE TROUBLE is always above and beyond. Seriously, with the other girls, they see me from the parking lot and they already know what I want, down to the kind of jelly that I like. They’re amazing. DOUBLE TROUBLE though, not so much. I really don’t know what her problem is with me. Maybe it’s because I don’t tip her, but if she just put in more effort, maybe, just maybe, I’d leave a tip for her, but it doesn’t change how she’s treated me in the past
I love this waffle house and the servers. There are times when you can tell they've had a hard day and I just hope they know there are those of us that do love them and appreciate them.
