Novrozsky's Hamburgers - Silsbee

My first time to be here and eat her food. I have to say I'm very impressed. Go! At the beginning I ordered the full order beef nachos, then I ordered the large chicken fried steak plate. Now we just say that I found out as soon as the nachos showed up, I wanted to take the chicken plate to go. The manger was very nice that she told me when I was ready to let her know and they would drop the chicken fired Streak.

Bad review because never to check Burger, but know customer service very bad. Manager has never apologised or acknowledged that they are grounded. After football game one of the first groups there all party ordered whole table got food except me. Waiting them all finished eating I went to register to ask why my food never came was said that they had a lot of people, I told them I know, but I ordered a long time, and my whole table was served, but I didn't get my food, it was said that it would come. Then lady cried in the kitchen to register giving her a refund, he did. I inquired that they didn't give me hamburgers, was told they would bring it. Was there 1 1/2 never Hamburger. I guess that meant that order was never switched on? So I left. Will probably never go back, the feeling they could take care of less.

I ordered one. A glass of tea. It was hotter than hell and was spoiled. I couldn't even drink what I ordered. The woman who was with me ordered onion rings, she couldn't eat them because they were so fishy tasting that she couldn't taste the onion. We were not enough to complain, so it was our loss. plus the noise levels are not able to sit down and enjoy your food, it is more like a bar than a restaurant. We both agreed that it is not worth returning to this place. It is comparable to a McDonald's that serves alcohol, just another drunk fat pit.

Always good but over priced..my bbq basic price was 8.99 turned into 15.00 just to add cheese, chives, and sour cream. I did get extra meat which was only 2.00 more! But 15.00 ..please

We love the food here. Even if the place is crowded food orders come out fairly quick. There is an outside sitting area that is covered where you can smoke if you want. The restrooms could use some work, but are not nasty just needs updates. Overall is a great place for large group meetings or small dinners.
