Nancy's Silver Cafe - Silver City

The food at Nancy's is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The clientele is also great. They offer a choice between very mild green or red sauces, as well as spicier options. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit more often!

I absolutely love this place! The food is fantastic and the prices are great. Just a heads up, the salsa is spicy—almost too spicy to enjoy in large amounts!

This restaurant showcases the best of modern Mexican cuisine. The enchiladas are packed with flavorful red chile, and the sopapillas are generously sized. However, the salsa could use a bit more flavor and heat.

I always look for locally owned (non chain) restaurants when I get into new town. I found Silver Cafe driving through town after camping and hiking in Gila Forest. I had breakfast and it was super great food, service AND the flour tortillas were nice and thick, hot and slightly charred, just like mom used to make.
