Contribuisci feedbackI went through the drive thru tonight 2/19/24 and didn't receive two of my sandwiches a fish and my gyro and didn't realize it till I got home I live in monroe so I wasn't able to just go back the only reason they got one star is bc the guy that took our order and seved us was very upbeat and polite I just wish they would double check to make sure bc with the price of eating out now a days thats probably almost 10 dollars I lose out on
Terrible service the manager was extremely rude , when I called to complain that once AGAIN they messed up my food I am deathly allergic to the Arby's sauce... and it was all over my food, wrong fries... 17$ down the drain... an when I called to complain the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and acted entitled , first of all she's a manager at Arby's.. it's taken as a grain of salt.. extremely rude . Extremely unhelpful ... I will never eat here again as this is the second time this manager instead of being kind and fixing the problem.. I received rude and snarky remarks. Fire her . Do something bad for business.!!!!!
My fish deluxe was delicious, only after I reheated it in the microwave. The cheese wasn't even melted. Hubby had the chicken sandwich, again wasn't warm enough to melt the cheese. But I'll still go back.
They gave me a free soda the last time I was there. The food is pretty good when I've eaten there.
Arby's has the rudest employees in town. Food is absolute garbage. Employees are the same. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
