My sister surprised me with the cutest destination on our morning stroll this morning. The coffee was delicious…the pastries are “Parisian worthy”…everything about this spot is like a ray of sunshine on a gloomy day. Looking forward to my morning stroll tomorrow ?

Flower Coffee Collective has warm and welcoming staff who serve excellent espresso drinks, cider, and maple pastries out of their permanent location food wagon. Their mocha hot chocolate base was the best I have had when they opened and remains quite good, although I dream that one day they will return to that first recipe.

Got a latte and a almond crossaint. Both were excellent, the latte required no sugar and the crossaint was detectable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sat at the nearby tables to enjoy my breakfast :

This is the cutest coffee truck! And I don't even drink coffee Went for the first time this last week and it was delicious! I got a hot chocolate and pastry. The hot chocolate was great. They seemed to be out of a few pastries by 9:30/10. I love that it's walkable to the neighborhoods nearby. Though be aware when waiting for your order that the waiting area is also where cars drive in to the parking lot. Can't wait to go back!
