I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent a considerable amount of money without ever requesting discounts. Recently, I decided to ask for a discount, hoping for some acknowledgment of my loyalty. However, I was unable to reach the owner despite several attempts, which led me to cancel my order. Unfortunately, they refused to refund my deposit, which was quite disappointing, especially since I had already found another bakery that could make the same cake for a lower price. It seems that customer service doesn't matter to this bakery, and as a small business, I believe they should prioritize appreciating their customers.
