The food was great! We called to see if we could arrive late and was told it was no problem as long as we arrived by 8:30. We got there at 8:27 and the hostesses were visibly annoyed and didn't want to seat us. They told us we'd have to order in 3 minutes and the kitchen would probably close first. They begrudgingly sat us... we ordered quickly, the server was great. The rest of the staff seemed annoyed and perturbed that we were there and they didn't try to hide it. The experience could've been great but we were made to feel unwanted.
We tried the shrimp limone and calamari as appetizers and the mushroom truffle pizza. They were delicious. Sat out on their patio in the nice weather. We went on the early side so there were a lot of young families, a little loud, but overall a nice evening. The restaurant has charm and a nice ambience.
Pacci's all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch is legendary. As it's just starting back up again after Covid, I'm hoping that they just have some kinks to iron out. The food wasn't nearly as good as I remember, and the service was mediocre at best. It wasn't crowded at all, and our waiter barely stopped by. I haven't given up, and we will go back!
Charming restaurant. We were there for lunch. The food was delicious and served hot. Everyone was attentive and it was blissfully quiet. We couldn't enjoy the outside patio because of rain but will come back soon.
