This restaurant consistently takes a long time to prepare food, and the staff is quite rude, showing little attention to customers. The woman who takes orders is particularly unfriendly.
The service in the morning is consistently terrible, particularly when it comes to hot drinks.
I ordered a grande Pink Drink priced at $5.25, which was supposed to contain coconut milk. However, I could hardly taste the coconut flavor, so I requested extra coconut milk, but it didn’t make a difference. Overall, it felt pretty ordinary, and I’m not planning on ordering any fruity drinks again. I mentioned my experience to a staff member as a heads-up, explaining that it wasn’t too sweet and lacked coconut flavor. She responded, “Thanks for letting us know, I’m glad you liked it,” but I didn’t actually like it.
It appears that the strategy for keeping the bathrooms clean is to restrict customer access to them? For a business that relies on selling beverages, it's simply unacceptable to deny customers restroom use. The staff members were rude and slow; I felt hurried and interrupted while placing my order. I was then informed that I couldn't use the restroom while I waited because it was closed — despite it being only 6 PM, and the store doesn't close until 8 PM. Eventually, I received my drink and rushed out to find a restroom, but by the time I managed to take a sip, I realized they had made my drink incorrectly. This was a terrible experience. Please improve!
