Starbucks - Silver Spring

Very bad experience, they said no card and only cash and scan from starbucks app..this branch is a scam

Do I need to ask the staff to mix the caramel macchiato ? The almond milk and vanilla flavoring were unmixed and I wasn’t offered a straw or a stick to mix!!! I also wasn’t offered whipped cream. For almost $7 your service is below par.
