My family and I used to love Taco Bell butI have to say with great disappointment that this Taco Bell has gone down hill.The place is dirty inside and out, customer service is lacking, I 'm not even sure if the food is cooked or if they just microwave it to heat it to a minimal temp. I used to love the chulupa but last time it was semi warm, lettuce was wilted, cheese looked like it was left on the counter uncovered and I needed a magnifying glass to look for the sour cream........Rumor has it, at this Taco Bell if you complain they will spit in your food while "trying to rectify your valid complaint. "Sadly this Taco Bell has ruined for ALL Taco Bells...Parking: The parking lot design leaves allot to be desired.
IAs I walked in the person left the front register and started doing things in the back which was fine. But then she went to the drive through window. During this time she didn't acknowledge me not once or say give me one second or I'll be right with you. She just stood there and looked at me occasionally with no communication or greeting or anything. Multiple people walked by as I just stood at the counter for about 5+ solid minutes not one person acknowledged me so I left. Won't ever return to this location.
Cashier : zulma alas took my order I specifically told him what I wanted and asked him do you understand and he said yes he still put in my order in wrong on purpose! they made my food and put it to the side then the manager seen me waiting and asked me what did I order/ what am I waiting for! the same cashier then go to the area where my food was sitting for atleast 2 minutes after it was done wow bad customer service. I then leave and open the box to check my food I noticed the cashier put my order in wrong I went back but they closed the dine in. When I tried to explain that the cashier got me order wrong zulma alas started to lie and said that’s what I asked for. The manager gave me a refund long story short. I rate this place 2 stars based on experience bad customer service !!!
I eat here a couple of times a month. I like the beef burrito supreme and the Doritos Loco Taco. This time I got the Nachos Belle Grande and I was happy with it. I like that I can specify the sauce packets in the app and they even include a reminder not to forget the sauce.Vegetarian options: Dedicated menu section with vegetarian options
