The Greek Place - Silver Spring

We ordered from the Greek place on 08/02/2020. in our Falafel sandwich there was a live coach. we threw all the food out. we are disappointed because we have previously chosen this restaurant. please do better with their cleansing and food quality standards. we will not order from them again.

The owner is super disrespectful and has a stick up his a for no reason. I called simply to check the ingredients for an item because I wanted to come to this place with my group of friends. I called twice, both times they hung up immediately after I asked a simple question. And proceeded to not respond the next couple times I called. It's almost as if this place doesn't WANT service. Their rude behavior cost them a group of 5 customers. And looking from the reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has had bad experience with this place's owner.

Super rude. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time, so it was pretty obvious that it wasn't directed towards anyone else. He didn't speak and got frustrated when we asked a question. He went to the back without even asking if we were ready to order, then proceeded to avoid eye contact as to not take our order.... and therefore, we didn't place an order... ended up getting &Pizza. I will never give this establishment my coins.

I did not notice the handwritten sign stating No mask, no entry currently posted and walked in to pick up an order I had placed online without a mask. The chef/owner YELLED at me about not wearing a mask when I walked in and I was completely startled and shaken to say the least. He then proceeded to simply place my order on the counter without making any eye contact or thanking me for my support. Please take the time to create and post a decent Wear Masks sign on the door, especially now that the DMV area is starting to open up and folks are getting vaccinated. Also, having operated a service-oriented business myself, it is NEVER okay to yell at customers who are patronizing your business. I have placed many delivery orders in the past from this establishment but will no longer purchase any food from this place after such poor treatment.

I’d like to make a complaint for my recent visit to your restaurant. I went last night in the evening hours and was completely ignored by the man that was preparing the food. He asked if I was picking up and said nothing more after that. I waited almost ten minutes and not once did he ask me to wait or came to take my order. I ended up just walking out. The worst customer service I’ve had.
