Pizza Factory - Silver Springs

I never had a problem with ordering or receiving my order. The person who answers the phone is very nice, delivery driver is also nice and my order is always correct.

My family and I had a rough evening but when we called pizza factory their service was amazing they turned our night into a good one. Thank you pizza factory, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Every chance I have to grab the best pizza while I am Traveling threw Silver Springs or just a great after lake dinner . I am never disappointed. I was so hungry. Now I am full happy I didn't have to cook.

The pizza was great. The salad was fresh. The kids enjoyed the little arcade. The bathrooms were clean. The staff really made the experience. They were wonderful. When they realized my daughter liked watching them toss pizza dough, a second employee started making pizzas too. She was enthralled by their skills and they were so kind to her. Thank you all for a great dinner.

Food is undercooked, ingredients we requested to be on or off the pizza was not there or still on the pizza. Onetime, the cheese was not melted. When we went to pick up our oder, there was a bear fight between employees. No management present, request for one to call and theu dont.
