Pizza Hut Silverdale

Tonight we ordered 4 pizzas and it was absolutely amazing thank you guys for the most wonderful pizzas ever

We ordered a limo pizza and unfortunately just as we took it out of the shop, the box broke. The team so kindly remade our pizza. We were so impressed by their kindness and service.

A year ago I gave a bad review of Silverdale Pizza Hut, however I have continued to go there as my Family enjoys the pizza. I would like to say I have seen change to a lot of things in store as well as the food. I feel welcomed in the store, I even get called by name. Shows you what a bad review can do. A huge thank you to management and staff pizza's are really good and taste amazing. Keep it up.

Have had the odd overly oily pizza from here, but generally the quality is good. On a particularly busy night during the storms the store was packed and stressful and I had to go in to uplift some forgotten items from our delivery order, but the staff were very polite and apologetic. However did notice a delivery girl asking another member of staff where the other items for her delivery were, and was told to deliver it as is, which would surely create more issues for the staff when the deliveries were completed.

Wow is all I can say for what pizza's we got from Pizza Hut Silverdale, the presentation and the fillings were awesome, I mistakenly ordered via the app and placed it with the Silverdale store, when it was supposed to be the Whangaparaoa store instead, as my husband had gone to the Whanga store and was told I didn't place an order, I just didn't check what place I order from when placing the order, but thankful for that mistake, or else I would never have known the excellence in what they serve and especially how they serve their pizzas. Myself and my whole whanau were so happy to see the toppings, which is way different to how it looks at the Whangaparaoa store, so from now on I will be ordering from Silverdale..
