Buffalo Wild Wings - Silverdale

The food was prompt, I was meeting a friend after work, 8p.m. We were drinking sodas. I got cola from the tap, one, no refill. My buddy ordered a root beer. It came in a plastic bottle. About the time the food arrived, the lady started vacuuming with a backpack vacuum cleaner. She must have gotten every crumb, because she continued to run her vacuum until we left at 11p.m. I tipped 20%, on an $88 tab. OK wings, good burger, ok nachos, terrible vacuum smell.

It's a BWW. Food is ok, it's always entirely too loud. I hate it here.

What happened?? Bdubs used to be the spot on a Friday night. We thought it would be busy but they were extremely understaffed. We waited at our table for 20 minutes with zero service. Nobody told us we could order on our mobiles… food came and it wasn’t great… the Wings were dry. Noticed plates stacked at other tables with the front end girl just walking back and forth doing nothing. Why are you at work bored? Do something and time will go by faster. There was only ONE young lady, dark haired, WORKING. She was running mobile orders like crazy and being super helpful when our server was nowhere in sight. Get it together. I only write a bad review if it was really that terrible.

Service is never very good. Takes a long time to get someone to take the order and then a long time to get the food. Food is fine but nothing great.

Great wings and sauce, service outstanding and love their interior design ?!!
